My dad and his wife, Carla, came up to help us pack up the house. It was so nice to have a few extra pair of hands. Thank you! They, also, got to have time with the new little one.

Today was not a fun day for our youngest daughter. She had her two month check up appointment today and had to get shots. Not fun at all!!


And just to update everyone we will be officially moving to Junction City tomorrow!!! I'm thrilled to be finally getting back to a place that has people and things to do! So if you are in the Fort Riley/Manhattan/JC area and want to schedule a shoot I am now available!!!

Playing around in photoshop again. I'm not liking this effect at all but I don't really have the energy at the moment to re-do the photo.

Graves OpLove Shoot

I had a great time on Saturday doing my first OpLove shoot! It was awesome! But I learned a very important lesson. (Just a little background, I left my rechargeable batteries and my charger at my dad's house over Christmas break, so I am having to use "regular" batteries) Bring a million back up batteries!!! My external flash died about halfway through the shoot. I though not a big deal I have 4 back-up batteries. Well, those damn things were dead too. :( Luckily it was beautiful outside and we got to finish the shoot outside. The kids really enjoyed playing in the snow.

For my mom! She got our daughter a washer set for Christmas. It has turned her into a little suzie homemaker :)

Day 15

We got our daughter a V-Smile thing for Christmas and we decided to sit down with her and try it out tonight. Needless to say it's been an interesting night lol.

Yes, our daughter now has purple hair! Don't worry it will be out in 3 to 6 weeks ;)

We took our wee one to get her hair cut today. She wanted to "paint" her hair pink. Instead she got some fake pink hair ;)
